How to Set Boundaries in Both the Physical and Non-Physical Realms: Understanding the Power of "No"

If someone physically grabs you, your first impulse is to loudly say NO! Well, I have heard countless times from people who say they wake up during the night to a nonphysical, dark being in their room. I ask what they did, and more often than not, they say they turned on the television, thought it was a bad dream "maybe," or called a friend if they were badly scared.

Seeking Divine Assistance by invoking the Light and stating "God, help me" or calling on Holy Archangel Michael are wise options.

Forcefully proclaim: NO! You don't belong here! Leave!

Know this, there are Universal Laws, and if you demand a negative entity to leave that stops their entry from moving further into your space.

To backtrack.......

Always place yourself in the Divine Light, the Light of Love, the Light of God, or however you align yourself with your Source and Creator.

Think positively throughout your day.

Be diserning about the company you keep.

Don't fall into a dark place over fear of world events. Instead, pray for guidance and meditate to hear the answers.
