Years ago, while meditating, I heard someone from the Realms of Light calling me Josie and Sophia.
My given name in this lifetime is Barbara Gail, a simple yet significant label that ties me to the present. However, beneath the surface of this identity, there existed a profound connection to ancient times and distant lands with the names I was hearing, Josie and Sophia. As I heard these names spoken in the context of my spiritual names from past lives in Egypt, a wave of recognition washed over me, stirring memories buried deep within my soul. It was as though the sands of time had shifted, revealing glimpses of a rich tapestry of existence that transcended the boundaries of the here and now.

Another time when I was in a tomb, there was another woman and a man. He was already in the spirit world and only his physical body and worldly possessions remained. Both times, although I was young and healthy, I chose to remain and forfeited my life to enter the spirit realm rather than stay here without love.
In other instances, the vivid memories of my past lives have transported me to the ancient land of Egypt, where I existed as a multifaceted individual embodying various roles and qualities.
As a healer, I dedicated myself to the well-being of others, utilizing ancient wisdom and natural remedies to bring about healing and restoration. In my role as a teacher, I shared profound knowledge and spiritual insights with eager students, guiding them on their own paths of enlightenment and self-discovery. I have repeated all of that this lifetime.
Moreover, as an alchemist, I delved into the mysteries of the universe, seeking to transmute base elements into higher forms of existence and understanding. The alchemical processes I engaged in were not merely physical, but also spiritual and metaphysical, reflecting my deep connection to the cosmic energies that permeate all of creation. In this lifetime I have moved objects with my mind, levitated, and made myself invisible. I was born able to communicate with the Realms of Light, and offer that to ease the grief of loss.

Surrounded by creatures of all kinds, I nurtured and protected them, recognizing the inherent wisdom and purity they embodied. Each animal held a special place in my heart, and our bond transcended mere companionship, reflecting a deeper spiritual connection that enriched my life and theirs. My 111-pound Shepherd dog who is my companion today, was revealed to me earlier this year as having been with me in many lifetimes. I even saw one life with him in which he was flying and I was riding on his back. Amazing!!!

These intricate adornments were not merely decorative but served as potent talismans and reminders of my spiritual journey and purpose in that ancient Egyptian incarnation. Through these symbols, I accessed hidden layers of consciousness and tapped into ancient memories that guided me along my path of self-realization and enlightenment. I still hold dear the sentimental bracelets and rings that I have received as gifts, inherited, and that have been self-chosen.

Additionally, you may encounter individuals in your present life with whom you have unfinished lessons to learn or with whom you are experiencing joy and harmony.
